Vice director Hight is teaching at the Summer Institute for Missionary Orientation. This is a two week course that is sponsored by Mission Helps. Br. Mowery from Penn View is in charge of the course. EFM has a very strong presence each year. This year Leroy Adams and Don Smith – both from EFM – will be teaching as well.
There is one thing we can sure of and that is change. How do we adapt to change as an organization? Well, the director and vice director are attending a seminar in Lafayette, Indiana for two days on long range planning. Hopefully some good pointers and methods will be gleaned from this program.
The father of former EFM missionary, Rusty Rundell, and grandfather of current missionary Sarah Robberts, passed away. They have recently returned from the funeral and now have additional difficult news. The mother of Isabel Rundell is gravely ill and may soon pass away. Please place the extended Rundell family in your prayers.
